Sarah Highfield, founder of Yogagise Yoga, is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, focusing on Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative yoga.

Sarah teaches an Ashtanga-based yoga class with a strong focus on extended stretches and correct alignment. Sarah’s classes are about energising the body, opening up and ultimately relaxing the mind and body. They are for people who want to retreat from the stresses of everyday life and take a moment for themselves, where they can switch off from the world, turn off their phone and relax.

Students will practice mind-body-breath synchronisation and her classes are perfect for those looking to increase flexibility and strength. Each class is fun and challenging, delivered in a mix of English and Sanskrit, with easy to understand demonstrations and optional hands on adjustments. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

She has taught with Form Studios, Bodyism, Edge, Yogabambam Hong Kong, Inspira Yoga, City2Sand Festival Spain, Helios Retreats Mykonos, Spitbank Fort, Yoga Dining Club, Lululemon, The Detox Kitchen, The AllBright Club, and London Fashion Week.

She was voted by London Evening Standard as one of London’s Top 10 Yoga Teachers to follow on Instagram, and recently featured in The Times newspaper, Daily Mail Online, The Financial Times, Om Yoga magazine & Marie Claire UK Magazine.
